Code of ConductGlobal Visas adheres to a strict code of business practice. Through its highly trained staff, it provides timely, accurate, up-to-date and expert advice on immigration law, policy and procedures. Global Visas’ consultants hold full licenses from the Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA) and are members of the New Zealand Association of Migration and Investment (NZAMI). Global Visas conducts its business in accordance with the codes of conduct prescribed by these organisations. Clients benefit from the highest standards of knowledge, experience and professionalism. Competence and Quality of ServiceStaff are required to serve the clients in a conscientious, diligent and efficient manner, and to provide the highest quality service at all times. Communicating clearly and in a timely manner is a fundamental part of that service. Clients are encouraged to contact us at any time by phone or email to ask about the progress of their applications or to clarify or discuss anything that may be causing them concern. As a matter of policy we contact clients promptly in writing, often via email, at the following stages:
When advising clients, consultants must: a) Be honest and candid; andb) Exercise due care; and c) Never knowingly assist in or encourage any dishonesty, provision of misleading information, or omission of any required relevant information. Confidentiality and Protection of Clients’ InformationDue to the nature of the work Global Visas is engaged in, one of our top priorities is the safety and security of clients' files, which contain original documents and confidential information. Global Visas staff are required to keep all information relating to the Company and its clients confidential. Staff are prohibited from directly or indirectly using or disclosing any knowledge or information they may acquire in the course of their professional involvement with Global Visas to any other person for any purpose other than in connection with their employment.
