Assessing Client ApplicationsSince the company was established more than 15 years ago we’ve had one very simple rule: we don’t take on cases where the application has no realistic prospect of success. To do so wastes your time and money and raises unrealistic hopes that are certain to be dashed. It also damages our reputation and credibility - our company's most important asset.
If Global Visas can help…we’ll discuss costs and payment options. We offer an excellent level of service and our fees are competitive. Ask us for a quotation! If you’d like to appoint us as your immigration advisers we’ll present you with our Terms of Business, our Service Agreement and a copy of the IAA code of conduct. If you’re happy with the paperwork, we’ll sign it and get to work! If we think it’s going to be hard for you to get a visa or permit … we’ll tell you the reasons why. We know you’ll be disappointed but it’s better to be up front about things – we’ll be open and honest. It may be we have misunderstood your situation and things can get back on track. It may be your circumstances mean your case is not going to be straightforward and we need to talk openly about anything that might be a problem. Armed with this information you can make an informed choice about the next move. We have successfully represented many clients where things have been far from straightforward, arguing their cases up to Ministerial level. The fact we have identified issues up front doesn’t mean your application can’t be successful – it just means it needs careful handling and a level of experience and advocacy that goes way beyond ticking boxes and filling in forms! |
