How we work
Free Initial Assessment
We believe that both parties should be fairly and properly informed before any money changes hands. We do not charge for this service; therefore you have nothing to lose in contacting us. You can ring us to make an appointment or email us your query. We will contact you within 24 hours. Fixed Fee Quote We will provide you a fixed fee quote and our simple-to-understand Service Agreement before we accept any money from you. We very rarely need to revise our fixed fee agreement. In practice this only happens if you didn't tell us about potentially prejudicial situations (such as a criminal conviction, serious medical conditions etc) before we submitted your application or you don't alert us to problems of this nature that have arisen whilst Immigration New Zealand are processing your application. Case Management You will be assigned a Licensed Immigration Adviser (case manager) who will be your first point of contact at Global Visas. He/she will answer all your queries, provide detailed information of the application process and keep you informed of things as they happen. You are a valued client, not a Client Number Our guiding philosophy is that whilst government departments might refer to people as a Client Number or an Application Number, to us you are a person with real dreams, fears and hope of starting a new life in NZ. We understand that you have got a lot at stake - time, effort, money and your family's future - should the process not go as planned or if you are not properly informed before you commence the process. We have a special relationship with all our clients, and because we are just a phone call or email away, you get to speak to your dedicated case manager who understands your situation and Immigration requirements far better than an immigration call centre. |
